  • Site selection and evaluation reports: These reports show available spaces in the market. We use our extensive database to place these availabilities against our clients’ requirements to identify opportunities for a new site, relocation, or expansion.
  • Custom maps and demographic reports: These reports cover Canadian markets. We create maps and reports using GIS (Geographic Information System) and demographic software to show trade areas, basic demographics, and drive times, examine market growth potential, and identify competitors and opportunities.
