Professional Profile
Rennie Zegalski has over seventeen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in all aspects of retail sales and leasing and tenant representation as well as downtown and suburban office leasing, sales and consulting. Prior to working in real estate, Rennie received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and worked in venue management for the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg. Rennie is a founding member of Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
Recently, Rennie has been engaged in the development and leasing of Seasons of Tuxedo, the new IKEA-anchored 800,000 sq. ft. super-regional destination centre under construction in southwest Winnipeg. This project will be a part of the largest mixed-use retail development in Winnipeg history and will be completed over the next 3-5 years.
Rennie is very active in the Winnipeg business community. He is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Governors of the University of Manitoba, Chairperson of the West End Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone and Vice President of the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada. Rennie is also the Past Chair of the Winnipeg Convention Centre and Past-President of the University of Manitoba Alumni Association. In addition, Rennie served for six years on the Downtown BIZ board and is still active in the Marketing and Transportation Committees.
Rennie is currently a Principal and founding member of Capital Commercial.
