In 2017, Marina joined Capital Commercial Investment Services as its Director of Operations. 

She works closely with the CCIS sales team on a variety of business development tasks, including transaction management, due diligence and marketing coordination, investment sale transactions and industrial and office leasing assignments.

She has over 10 years’ commercial project management and interior design experience and has worked with some of the most acclaimed architectural firms in Manitoba. Her experience includes project management and consultation for renovations on leased premises and assets for private landlords, corporate tenants, institutions, and government entities.

She has extensive volunteer experience, including the Exchange District BIZ and the Professional Institute of Interior Designers of Manitoba. She’s also been chair and sat on the board of management for numerous organizations and consulted on the North American testing for interior design qualification.

Marina is a graduate of the CIDA Interior Design program at Sheridan and holds a Council for Interior Design Qualification certificate. She is a long-standing member of the Interior Designers of Canada and the Professional Interior Design Institute of Manitoba.
