Kurtis Joined Capital Property Management as a Senior Property Manager in April 2020. He started his property management career in 2013 and in that time has worked across multiple asset classes. In his role with Capital Property Management Kurtis is responsible for the day to day operations of a diverse portfolio which includes but is not limited to preventative maintenance, owner and tenant relations, budget preparation and analysis, contract and lease negotiations as well as vendor and project management.
In 2018 Kurtis obtained his RPA (Real Property Administrator) Designation though BOMI Canada and has previously been a member of the BOMA Manitoba, Building Young Professionals Committee. Prior to becoming a property manager Kurtis was in the financial services industry and completed the Canadian Securities Course and is a graduate of the Red River College Business Administration Program.
He is client service focused and dedicated to obtaining the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
