Kristen Major has worked in the customer service environment for ten years of which seven have been part of the management teams. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours).
Kristen joined Capital Property Management Inc. as a Property Administrator in April 2014. While acquiring experience in her role, Kristen advanced to her current position of Senior Property Manager.
Kristen manages a mixed and varying portfolio including office, retail and industrial and is responsible for all aspects of property management. Such duties include budget control, contractor and vendor management, landlord and tenant relations, budget preparation and analysis, preventative maintenance planning, and variance analysis.
Kristen is a motivated, organized team player with proven dedication towards innovative solutions.
