Kathryn Wall joined Capital as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in 2019. Having worked previously in the Autobody and Trucking industries, Kathryn brings customer service and organizational skills to the Capital team. Kathryn provides a welcoming environment for all our clients and acts as the first point of contact for property inquiries over the phone. She is currently assisting with multiple projects in the office such as the drafting of Listing Agreements, preparation of renewal documents, and the coordination of all property signage throughout Manitoba. She maintains FINTRAC records and current property listings in addition to performing tax & title searches, updating broker licensing, and scheduling meetings.
