Jessica is a Property Account with Capital Property Management.

In this role, she facilitates clear communication between our property managers and clients. She oversees the accounting duties for our retail, industrial, and office properties, including analyzing and preparing year-end financial statements, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, and GST remittances.

Jessica has over eight years of accounting experience and is known for having a keen eye for detail and the ability to scrutinize, audit and perform due diligence for property acquisitions.

She’s earned an Accounting Diploma from Red River College Polytechnic.
