In 2016, Jessica De Sousa joined Capital Property Management and is currently a Senior Property Manager.

In her role, she manages our clients’ properties, including contractor and vendor management, landlord and tenant relations, contract and lease negotiations, preventative maintenance planning, variance analysis, and budget management, preparation, and analysis.

Jessica has over six years’ experience managing office, retail, and industrial properties. She has a strong work ethic and a proven record as a strategic problem solver.

She is working to earn the RPA (Real Property Administrator) Designation from BOMI (Building Young Professionals Committee) Canada.
