Eunice Hanischuk joined the Capital team in 2015 as the Manager of Accounting Services. Though new to the commercial real estate industry at the time, Eunice was enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn the unique dynamics of the industry from an accounting perspective.
Eunice has over thirty years of experience in full-cycle accounting up to and including the Financial Statements. This experience, gained throughout a variety of industries, has provided Eunice with a wealth of knowledge which she has used to streamline and improve accounting and payroll processes and ultimately increase cost-efficiency.
