Dawson joined Capital in late 2023 as a Sales & Leasing Advisor.

After completing his post-secondary studies, Dawson embarked on a career as a National Benefits Advisor with one of Canada’s fastest-growing insurance brokerages. His entrepreneurial drive then propelled him to establish his own service business, operating successfully within the Winnipeg market.

Joining the Capital team, Dawson brings a wealth of advisory experience, particularly in serving decision-makers of small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. With a client-focused approach, he is dedicated to realizing positive outcomes for his clients.

Dawson studied Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Financial Services at Red River College. Additionally, he is an active member of the Winnipeg Real Estate Board and the Winnipeg Realtor Association.
