Usman Haider is a Property Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the areas of banking operations, finance, and property management accounting. In his role with Capital Property Management, Usman performs full cycle accounting duties including GST remittances, analyzing financial statements, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, as well as month and year-end procedures. He is also responsible for maintaining communication with tenants regarding bill payments and monthly rent.

Working alongside the property managers, Usman ensures client satisfaction is upheld with meticulous attention to detail which makes him a strong asset to Capital Team.
