In 2020, Kurtis joined Capital Property Management as Senior Property Manager.

In his role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of our clients’ properties, including preventative maintenance, owner and tenant relations, budget preparation and analysis, contract and lease negotiations, and vendor and project management.

Kurtis has nearly 10 years’ experience working in the industry. He earned his Business Administration Diploma from Red River College Polytechnic, RPA (Real Property Administrator) Designation in 2018 from BOMI (Building Owners Management Institute) Canada and completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) with the Canadian Securities Institute.
