Arshad is a Senior Accountant with Capital Property Management.

In his role, he works with our property managers to monitor and manage monthly tenant financials, including tenant communication, bill and rental payments, GST remittances, financial statement analysis, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, and month-end procedures.

Arshad has over 15 years of accounting experience in operational finance, inventory control, and property management. His accounting proficiency, organizational skills, and attention to detail provides our clients with financial stability and peace of mind.
