While providing tenants with 24-hour access to our maintenance team to ensure the property is maintained in first class condition. We are proud of the team we have assembled and the high level of services we deliver. Our mission statement at Capital Property Management Inc. is to “provide a high level of professional property management and accounting services”. We recognize that an asset’s value is linked to occupancy. Thus we work closely with our experienced Brokerage Division, Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., to aggressively market the asset.
Our TEAM, Together Everyone Achieves More, approach requires open lines of communication between property managers, accounting department, administrators, contractors, facility managers, agents, legal counsel, and the IT department. This results in proactive and efficient operations.
We currently have approximately 3.1 million sq. ft. under management. These properties consist entirely of commercial assets including industrial, retail, and office buildings. Our portfolio is very diverse and includes small locally owned and operated businesses, financial institutions, and Fortune 500 companies. Capital takes a personal approach to each property managed. Each of our clients is unique and each property requires services tailored to maximize its revenue, control costs and optimize the property’s long-term value.
