Joe Diner and Vici Marentette have worked as a team in Winnipeg’s commercial real estate industry for the past twelve years and have been with Capital Commercial since its inception.
Mr. Diner brings over thirty-five years of experience to his clients. In that time he has worked in all facets of the industry including sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail space.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and began his career as a teacher on Peguis Reserve before becoming an Assistant to the Supervisor of Special Programs for the Department of Education. For the past thirty-five years he has been licensed with the Winnipeg Real Estate Board and in that time has served as President of Aronovitch & Leipsic Ltd., President of J.J. Barnicke Winnipeg Ltd., as a sales agent with Chartier & Associates/CBRE, and is currently Senior Director of Sales & Leasing with Capital Commercial.
