Cathy Moser has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the Winnipeg Real Estate and Property Management Industries and 17 of those years with the Chartier Group. As Senior Property Accountant for Capital Property Management Inc., Cathy is responsible for supervising all corporate accounting and administrative personnel. As such she oversees all day to day operations including all aspects of accounts receivables and payables, bank reconciliations, GST returns, and month end financial statements.
Cathy’s property management involvement ranges from the initial set up of properties and tenants to the day to day operations, to the preparation of customized client reports, year-end cost reconciliations and year end audit files. Cathy is also responsible for developing the company’s procedures manual which has proved invaluable as a reference and in training new office personnel. Over the years, Cathy has earned the respect and trust from both clients and peers for her accuracy and integrity.
